香港法人のメインバンクをHSBC HKにしています。
ログイン用のセキュリティデバイスがあるのですが、それが突然OFFに…電池切れかな？と思いつつ、今朝、香港のサービスデスクにTELしてみました。どこかフィリピン英語っぽい感じの女性で、話しやすかったです。フレンドリーです。
話の結論から言うと、デバイスの再発行申請が必要だそうです。このままだとログインすら出来ないですからね。
HSBC: Please follow the steps below to order the new Security Device and activation tools:
1. Click below link to download the form:
Or visit the home page of HSBC Hong Kong, select "Business" on the left top corner, click "Form Download Centre" under "Support and Resources Centre" - "Ways to Bank Forms" - "Business Internet Banking" and download WB003 Special Instructions Form (You may also download the "Sample Form" for reference).
2. Complete Section 1, Section 2 (request for Authentication code, Activation PIN & Security Device) and Section 3 (update mobile phone number for receiving Authentication code), then sign under Section 8 by the Primary User.
3. Return the form to any HSBC Business Centre or send it to Account Services Department, 1/F Tower 2, HSBC Centre, 1 Sham Mong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Your request will be processed within 4 working days upon our receipt of your form.
えっ、4日以内って…無理。
From香港、To香港のAir Mailは現在遅延があるようで、4日で到着する自信はまったく無いですね。このあたりをデジタル化してもらえないのでしょうか…
最後に、営業的な内容。

- Log in Business Internet Banking;
- Find the Offers banner on right side;
- Click the 'Learn More' button on the banner of the promotion to view additional details;
- Click 'Sign Up' on the page.
The promotion period ends on 25Jun.
ちなみに、郵便局からEMSで香港まで1,400円です。さて、何日で到着するのでしょうか。
